About Us - Doctor and Staff of BAKER CHIROPRACTIC
We have, as our Mission, putting patients first, and putting the
CARE back into health care.

Toward that end, Baker Chiropractic relies heavily on the
PEOPLE who make up Baker Chiropractic.

About the Doctor, Dr. John Raymond Baker,DC

Dr. John Raymond Baker, DC has been a doctor for around
20 years, and before he became a doctor, while still in school,
Dr. Baker made a promise to himself, that he would treat
every patient, no less well than he would his own family,
and he has kept this pledge for all that time. Dr. Baker's
way of working every day, is to put patients first, and to
bring CARE back to health care. Here's a video in which
Dr. Baker expresses his philosophy of care.

About the General Manager, Mrs. Tammy Bennett-Baker

Mrs. Tammy Bennett-Baker was here from the very beginning
with herĀ  husband, Dr. John Raymond Baker, DC
Mrs. Baker has been incredibly important in everything
from painting the walls, to decoarting the office to selecting
advertisement media. She has many years working in
healthcare, both in doctor's offices, and also, in the
insurance industry, so she knows the system from both
sides. She is currently in training to be a Registered Nurse.
She is an indispensible part of the team, and along with
Dr. Baker, has established the family warmth atmosphere
of our office, and the notion of putting
CARE back into health care. But, listen to Mrs. Baker in
her own words.

About the Office Manager, Ms. Tina Herd

Ms. Tina Herd has been an excellent office manager.
She has several years of managerial experience in
different types of businesses, and has a "can do"
attitude. Tina has incorporated the "Patient First"
approach, and the bringing CARE back to health
care mindset, and we are proud to have her as
our office manager. But, here's a short video of her
welcoming you.

COMPANY HISTORY
BAKER CHIROPRACTIC, PA of Longview began on October 3, 2005. We started from scratch, but we had years of know how between the two of us, Dr. John Raymond Baker,DC and his wife, Tammy Bennett-Baker, and we had a burning desire to show that health care could not only be warm, and caring, but actually FUN.
We went about bringing to our business, our
philosophy that all patients deserved to be treated seriously and with respect, but that a doctor's office is a place of healing, and it can actually be a place people WANT TO COME, even when they are NOT sick, just to visit with the folks that helped them get well.

Here it is, going on four years later, and we are still living the dream of making an environment where EVERY patient is a VIP (very important patient) and like Norm at CHEERS, everyone is glad to see you.

Although the doctor takes your problems seriously, he has time to laugh and joke with you, ask how things are going, and never make you feel rushed through. No, not every business or health care office is run like ours, but, many people say, they OUGHT to be.

TESTIMONIALS
Some doctor's offices like to publish pictures of videos of testimonials. At Baker Chiropractic, we see the results of folks being happy and pleased with what we do every day. In three short years, we had over 600 new patients. These patients came from friends of theirs, family members, from doctors, and lawyers who were happy with the way we took care of their clients. It is not unusual for a former patient that has been released from care to stop and share a hot cup of coffee, cold can of Coca Cola, or hot cup of cocoa, and catch us up on what is going on in their lives and find out what is going on with ours. That is because many
former patients see us not just as care providers, but friends. Now, when was the last time you went to your medical doctor's office to share a cup of hot chocolate with him or her and their staff ?

We are proud that folks have so much confidence that they send their family and friends to us, and that says more than any slick, professionally produced television commercial trying to get more patietnts in.
